Our shirts are printed and designed by us at Silk Screen Expressions. We do all the screen printing and we also do the design work for the shirts. We take care in making these shirts and hope that the shirt(s) order will be better than you expect when you receive them.

We use a few different shirts for our prints. We use a 5.5oz shirt which is lighter weight and a little less expensive. We also use a 6.1oz shirt which is standard and offers the best durability. Although we print most of our designs on Uni-sex Shirts we are going to be offering Mens and Womens Fit shirts soon as well. I know that many women prefer to wear a fitted shirt over the standard Box shirt.

We use Plastisol Ink for screening our shirts. We do not currently have the ability to do Water-based ink printing.

For custom shirt orders we can pretty much order any style of shirt, but we can not on all types of fiber shirts. we can not print onto 100% Polyerster or high-content Polyester shirts. We basically stick to 100% cotton or a 50/50 Cotton/poly blend. Although we prefer 6.1oz shirts for custom orders as they hold up better in washing/drying cycles we can order other weight shirts for you. Certain styles and weights are priced different so that will effect the overall price of the custom shirt order.
